Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking provided at least seven days notice is given an administration charge of $25 will be made.
If less than seven days notice is given but more than 24 hours a charge of 50% will be made.
If less than 24 hours notice is provided then the full rate will be charged (plus any credit card surcharge if applicable). These charges are in addition to any fees and charges that may be made by the Yarra Valley Regional Tourism Association.
