IN HOUSE BED & BREAKFAST
During summer relax on the open spa deck and laze in the heated swim spa, and in winter share the warmth of the woodfire heater and the stone hearth, and if you are interested partake in a glass of red/white or your favourite drink. Drinks can be purchased from your host and hostess under the B&B's liquor licence. Sunway caters for adult accommodation in 3 modern appointed rooms; 2 with queen size beds and the other with a luxurious king bed. Try the king bed with the spa in its adjoining ensuite. A third person can be accommodated on a fold out sofa style bed. Ideal for a teenage or extra person. Breakfast is fully cooked and served in the guest dining room and and tea, coffee, juice and toast are taken at your leisure. Jams and condiments are provided.

ROSEBUD COTTAGE
Situated within the 6 acre grounds of Sunway and boasts 2 sizeable bedrooms one with a queen size bed, the other with a king size bed, both can be divided and can sleep 4 singles. A comfortable lounge dining room, bathroom and full kitchen. Breakfast provisions are provided, consisting of Fruit, Eggs Bacon, Tomato and Homemade Relish.
