Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions * We reserve the right to change vehicles or itinerary.
* Lunch beverages not included in price unless stated.
* We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
* Passengers must be at pick up points at designated times.
* No refund on seats cancelled.
* However over 7 days notice given to cancel deposits over $100 must be used within a period of six months to rebook a new date less a $40 administration fee.
* If cancelling a booking for a long weekend/public holiday no refunds on payments received unless 14 days notice given.
