Build all ingredients in glass tumbler.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a mint sprig
Build in Highball glass, over ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wheel
Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake over ice.
Strain into chilled Coupette*.
Garnish with lemon rind twist

Build in tumbler, over ice.
Garnish with range slices and 2 Sicilian olives
*Strange Love’s Dirty Tonic is ideal, however a good quality tonic water will also do.
