Innocent Bystander was born from an audacious spirit – the love child of a brewer-turned-winemaker with a natural curiosity and a disregard for convention. IB has a simple mantra: Make wines designed to be drunk and shared, without the fuss and pretence.
So, what is IBHQ? It’s an urban cellar door, restaurant and bar all wrapped in one.
IBHQ believes wines are best enjoyed with good company and great food. Collaborating with ethical, local suppliers and using the freshest seasonal ingredients, the restaurant menu has been crafted with sharing in mind.
If you’re not here for the food, then roll up to the tasting bar for a few samples, or kick back in the wine lounge or outdoor area with a cocktail, locally brewed beer or freshly roasted coffee.
