Khoravats by Tom Sarafian X Jayden Ong

When dusk descends on the Yarra Valley, the smoke begins to rise at Jayden Ong Wines, as part of Fireside festivities.

Join them for ‘Khoravats – an Armenian Barbecue’ on Saturday 23rd July. A soul warming event in the heart of Healesville where Jayden Ong and Tom Sarafian come together over smouldering fire, food and wine to celebrate the very best of winter. Tom will be sharing recipes, and dishes inspired by his Armenian heritage and love of cooking over fire. An event not to be missed!

Guests will be welcomed in five, two hour seatings: 12:00pm, 12:30pm, 1:00pm, 1:30pm and 2:15pm

Please note: Ticket price includes a three course menu. Drinks galore available on a consumption basis. The Yarra Valley is a cool climate region and in the cooler months the winery is kept at an optimum temperature for the wine in barrel and tank. For your comfort, they recommend dressing for the elements! Some of the seating arrangement will be communal, please reach out to Winery and Cellar Bar with any questions or concerns.
