Sri Lanka flavours are coming to the Yarra Valley every Friday night in March at Babajis. Like long lost cousins, Sri Lanka's cuisine is closely related to Kerala and with Sri Lankan chef, Shyamal leading the way, expect a feast!
What's on the menu? Expect unlimited hoppers (those crispy edged, bowl shaped rice and coconut pancakes) served with fragrant Sri Lankan karis, sambols, 'short eats' (Sri Lankas answers to street food snacks). And to top it all off? Traditional Sri Lankan desserts to end the feast on a sweet note.
