Specifically tailored for beginners and those with no experience in SUPing, all equipment is provided. Riders are taught how to avoid falling in, so wetsuits and bathers are not required.
A land-based lesson is provided to each group before a qualified instructor accompanies all riders onto the lake providing direct guidance and instructions at all times. Riders are guided through easy-to-follow instructions as they find balance on the board.
Sessions run for one hour with additional 'add-on' options of a 30 min SUP Yoga or a 25 minute unguided walk around the easy flat track of the Lake's 2.5 km circumference available.

Eight riders (plus your instructor) can be on the water at any one time. Groups larger than eight participate in a group land-based training and safety briefing altogether and then take turns on the water at intervals of 30 minutes.
