While you warm up by the flames — with an unrivalled backdrop of Yarra Valley vineyard views — their knowledgeable team will take you through a tasting of Syrah and wines related to Syrah. We will cover the deep history, origins and why we produce this rich, powerful red from the Rhône Valley of France.

After tasting, stay awhile to enjoy the view and a glass of wine with a bowl of hearty Italian ham hock stew and fresh crusty bread. To finish, indulge in Chef Jak’s Sticky Grape Pudding!
