TarraWarra Biennial 2025: We Are Eagles brings together 23 artists and makers from across Australia whose works explore regenerative practice, cultural memory, and connection to place.

Curated by Yorta Yorta woman Kimberley Moulton, the exhibition takes its title from the 1938 Day of Mourning, where Pastor Sir Doug Nicholls declared "we are not chickens; we are eagles."

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Wurundjeri Country, this major exhibition invites visitors to experience how art can restore spirit (mulana), disrupt colonial narratives, and open pathways across cultures, time and memory.
