For the ultimate truffle experience, Chef Jak has composed a delicious four-course dining event highlighting this seasonal delicacy, complete with wine pairings. While dining, enjoy the ambience and comfort of the recently refurbished Ai Fiori Trattoria. Translated, Ai Fiori means ‘among the flowers’ and as the name suggests, you will dine among the vines and the stunning greenery installation.
Ai Fiori’s Chef Jak has been serving up delicious plates to Melbourne foodies for the past 30-plus years. He has worked at the RACV Club, Myer, the Rialto, Arts Centre Melbourne as well as patisserie and Melbourne bakery institution The French Lettuce — just to name a few!
Doors open at 6:00pm for arrival drinks, dinner at 6:30pm.
