Begin with a welcome pour on arrival before moving through a series of hosted tasting stations, each exploring a different expression of Giant Steps - from their Yarra Valley range and Circle of Fifths wines to selected Single Vineyard releases.

As the afternoon unfolds, make your way upstairs where the atmosphere softens. Settle into the upstairs lounge, enjoy a final glass of Pinot Noir or Harry's Monster, and add a winter toastie to round out the experience.
