Preservation of the trail's historic roots - firmly embedded in its heritage properties, cellar doors and famed vineyards - is approached with similar heart and soul. The oldest vines in the region provide a rustic setting to drink in times gone-by, peeling back yet another layer of the trail's remarkable diversity.
