Four Sight Exhibition

John Bodin trained at RMIT Bachelor-of-Arts-Photography. His work is principally concerned with the utility of the urban landscape within a semi abstracted interpretation. More recently selected work has been chosen for the ‘Re-inventing Piet Mondrian’ exhibition Kunstmuseum in Germany.

James McEwan was born in Scotland, graduated in Illustrative-Photography and Graphic-Design from Napier University, Edinburgh. Joined The Age newspaper in 1972 including two years based in London. Went freelance in 1990. Since moving to Warburton in 2015 he has been engaged in travel photography and various features.

Antony Dimmock is a long time practitioner of photography, often with a love hate relationship. An international award winning photographer whose work is held in Australian collections. Currently pursuing the realm of “Colour Fields” influenced by Mark Rothco, John Paul Caponigro and David Duplessie.

Paul X Stoney is a Warburton based photographer. Works primarily in exploring representation and the self in portraiture and varied aspects of the medium.

Interest began in photography at age 10, purchasing first developing tank and film with paper round money. Used a twin lens reflex bought from a weekend market. Professionally working in health, his love of photography has been woven throughout his life. Has spent 40 years in the darkroom utilising various photographic formats. Privately taught technical aspects of analogue photography. Has processed materials for commercial clients. Heavily involved in community groups.
