Warrandyte is a suburb of Melbourne within the City of Manningham. Located 24km north-east of Melbourne's CBD, Warrandyte is close to suburbs including Eltham, Doncaster, Templestowe, Wonga Park and Kangaroo Ground. It is situated on the Yarra River and surrounded by natural bushland.

Warrandyte is renowned for its gold mining origins and later for its famous painters and potters. Today the village is a popular tourist spot and abounds with galleries, craft shops, restaurants, coffee shops and historical places of interest.

The Warrandyte Market is held on the first Saturday of each month (except January) adjacent the Yarra River at Stiggants Reserve in Yarra St (the main thoroughfare). With nearly 200 stalls, it is the largest community market in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
