Steels Creek sits just to the north and behind Yarra Glen. Access is by way of wonderful country roads making it a great drive and place to explore. The home of the Shortest Lunch this is an area that holds an intriguing range of smaller wineries tucked away of the beaten track. Wander the backroads and you'll really find some treasures here. Recently a bike track has been upgraded along Steels Creek Rd in Yarra Glen to the Steels Creek Community Centre, and is enjoyed by walkers, bike and horse-riders. At 7.2 kms long and relatively flat it's a great little ride. Steels Creek map offers some extra insight into what's availble to see.
