Yarra Gables:

• Prize: The prize is for two nights in a queen spa room mid week value $470 for two people only.
• Redemption Period: The prize can only be redeemed for stays between Sunday and Thursday nights. Unless otherwise specified, it is not valid for stays on Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, or during peak periods.
• Validity: Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Booking: Advance booking is required. Please secure your reservation via the Yarra Gables online booking portal
• Non-Transferable: This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods/services.
• Exclusions: The prize covers accommodation only. Any additional expenses, including meals, transportation, and incidentals, are the prize winner's responsibility.
• No Resale: The prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
• Cancellation: Failure to attend on the booked dates without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

• Booking: Please redeem your Gift Certificate via Go Wild Ballooning Website and complete the booking request form.
• Non-Transferable: This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods/services.

Yarra Ranges Tourism Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Yarra Ranges Tourism competition. The competition is organised and conducted by Yarra Ranges Tourism Limited (“YRT”) and promoted through the Yarra Ranges Tourism Instagram (@yarravalleydandenongranges) and Facebook (Visit Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges) accounts.

By participating in the Competition, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. How to Enter

A. Entry to the Competition is open to:

i. legal residents of Victoria, Australia, who are over the age of 18 years; and

ii. who is not an officer or employee, or a relative or someone who resides with an officer or employee of YRT or Go Wild Ballooning, Yarra Gables, Chandon, Tesselaar and CherryHill Orchards;

(“Eligible Entrant”).

B. Eligible Entrants can only receive one free entry into the Competition per person per form submission found between 26 September - 13 October 2024 (“the Competition Period”),

C. The Competition is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. PRIZE:

b. The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of entries made via the competition form during the Competition Period, where the user opts into the competition by accepting these terms and conditions.

YRT reserves the right to request any evidence of the identity and age of any winner before awarding the prize if any winner cannot produce any identity and age verification evidence requested, YRT reserves the right to disqualify that person and redraw the Competition.

By entering the Competition, you consent:

3. Invalid Entries and Disqualification

a. YRT reserves the right to disqualify an entry at any time if YRT reasonably believes that the entrant is not an Eligible Entrant.

4. Drawing of Winner

a. Following the conclusion of the Competition Period, YRT will select at random, [using online random selection software], one Eligible Entrant as the winner of the Competition (“Winner”).

b. The draw will be conducted at 3 pm on 14 October 2024, at Lakeside Building LA, Room 260, Jarlo Drive, Lilydale VIC 3140.

5. Winner Announcement

a. The Winner will be notified by email to the email address/ phone number they entered into the competition form.

b. Unsuccessful entrants of the Competition will not be individually notified that they have been unsuccessful in the Competition.

6. Claiming the Prize

a. An email is sent to the winner, and details have been updated on the competition page, the Winner must send an email to marketing@yarrarangestourism.com.au providing their full name, date of birth, address, contact phone number, email address, and any further information reasonably requested by YRT to make the prize available to the Winner.

b. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.

c. Yarra Ranges Tourism (“the Suppliers”) is the sponsor of the Competition and is not the direct supplier of the prize.

d. The prize will be made available to the Winner by the Suppliers for redemption as per the terms and conditions of the competition

e. After contacting YRT to claim the prize, the Winner must contact the suppliers to organise and claim their prize.

f. Redemption of the prize is subject to the Suppliers’ terms and conditions of trade.

7. Redraws

a. If the Winner fails to contact and provide YRT with the information requested to claim the prize as stated in clause 6 of these terms and conditions, YRT may disqualify that person from the Competition and redraw a replacement winner of the Competition (“Replacement Winner”).

b. Any further draw required to select a Replacement Winner will take place five [5] days after the closing date, using the same online random selection software used to draw the Winner.

c. The same process set out in clauses 5 and 6 will be followed to announce any Replacement Winner and to award the prize to that Replacement Winner.

8. General

a. YRT’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into with any person.

b. By entering the Competition, you consent to YRT and the prize suppliers (without any payment to you) using your contact details (supplied on the competition form), image and likeness in their:

c. advertising or promotion of the Competition generally;

d. marketing email database;

e. in the advertising of any future similar competitions conducted by YRT or the Suppliers in any medium.
