Kellybrook is a small, family owned Yarra Valley winery that is just 45 minutes from Melbourne, making it the perfect first or last stop.
The cellar door is open for tastings and sales of Kellybrook's award winning wines and ciders. A share platter menu featuring local produce is available for lunch and afternoon grazing with drinks. Indoor tables allow visitors to enjoy the open fire or air-conditioning, depending on the season . Outdoor tables are also popular and look over the vineyard and gardens. A small, outdoor pet friendly area is available - bookings recommended. Open Friday to Sunday for tastings, platters and drinks. Open Monday to Thursday by appointment (tastings and sales only). Picnics may also be ordered to enjoy in their beautiful gardens. Relax under the magnificent 135-year-old oak tree. Events include live music on the last Saturday of most months.
An extensive range of wines is produced on the property. Sparkling wines, using the Méthode Traditionelle, are among the specialities. Much of the fruit for wine production is estate grown (onsite).
Kellybrook opened its cellar door in 1970 - the first in the Yarra Valley. There are currently three generations of the family involved. With its beginnings in cider making, Kellybrook continues to make ciders on the property, including the Méthode Traditionelle Cider and Apple Brandy.
