Greasy Zoes
Greasy Zoes is a Two Hat produce driven restaurant in the heart of Hurstbridge part of The Nillumbik. Nyilum bik meaning “Bad Earth” in the local Aboriginal language Woiwurrung.
Partners Lachlan and Zoe are a two person team, opening the doors to this intimate eight seater in May 2017.
Sustainability, ethical treatment of animals and a heavy focus on the restaurant's environmental impact are the major driving inspirations behind Greasy Zoes' quality over quantity approach.
Greasy Zoes collaborate with the most sustainable growers creating a daily changing set menu, utilising only hyper local produce from small farmers of The Nillumbik. Taking seasonality and locality to a whole new level.
