Imbue Distillery brings you spirits rich with flavour and imbued with a story.
Combined, the four owners and founders share 60 years of experience in Melbourne's food industry from retail to wholesale, bakeries, catering and hatted restaurants.
So they are not afraid to play with flavours and push the boundaries to bring you both new and nostalgic experiences from their distillery in Research, Victoria.
When you visit, you will be able to peek into the production floor for a view of where the magic happens in lustrous Australian-made copper stills; taste and shop the full range in the gorgeous Distillery Door space, adorned with an original mural by artist Melanie Caple of botanicals and native birds.
