The bakery is looked after by an award-winning baker Christian Blackman where his team produce sourdough, breads and pastries with the highest quality Australian ingredients.
Bente Grysbaek leads the team in the kitchen to produce wholesome, simple but delicious food in the kitchen breakfast, lunch and dinner. Her Nordic background is seen throughout the menu along with her love for no-nonsense beautiful food.
