Preserving Workshop


In collaboration with Cunliffe and Waters and hosted in the Bake and Gather kitchen, Briony Boeder will offer expert guidance into the secrets of homemade preserves including blackberry jam, apple lemon myrtle chutney, and beetroot pickle.

Morning tea on arrival and a light ploughman's lunch will be provided showcasing Cunliffe and Waters products and perfectly complemented with a glass of wine. Recipes provided with step-by-step instructions along with a jar of each creation to take home.

Whether you're passionate about traditional cooking methods or simply eager to explore new flavours, this workshop promises to ignite your creativity and leave you wanting to do more.
