Proserpina Bakehouse uses freshly-milled heritage Victorian biodynamic grain for their flour and vegetables and fruit grown on their own farm in the Dandenong Ranges. They also specialise in using local produce and products, free range and locally smoked meats.
Do as the locals do and pop in for fresh loaves of sourdough, breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee and cake, or a takeaway treat. Open early until 4 pm every day except Tuesdays.
