Ingredients

  • YVD Hubert's Washed Rind Cow's Milk Cheese x 1
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped into 2cm wide pieces
  • Cunliffe & Waters Posh Pickled Onions

Method

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Unwrap Hubert's and place him in a ceramic or oven-proof dish. Using the tip of a sharp knife, score the top of the cheese in a crisscross pattern so the hot air can escape whilst cooking and not dry out the cheese. Scoop a very generous tablespoon of posh pickled onions (or your favourite relish of choice) over the cheese and top with the rosemary.

Place it in the centre of the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the unmistakable aroma of melted cheese starts to fill the room.

Scoop into the cheesy goodness with fresh crusty bread.
