The selection of farmhouse cheeses pays homage to some of the traditional soft cheese styles of France and Italy. The delicious array is made from both goats and cows milk provided by the surrounding pastures and dairy farms.
Choose from marinated cheeses, steeped in quality olive oil and infused with herbs like thyme and bay leaves or, saffron and lemon, or even firey chilli. Also on offer are wonderful white mould or fresh curd style cheeses.
The making of the cheese can sometimes be seen through the viewing window and tastings and sales of the hand-made cheeses are available along with fine wines from small single vineyards.
