Come and celebrate all things Pinot with a delectable five course dinner and perfectly matched wines while enjoying the beautiful surrounds of Ai Fiori Trattoria at SOUMAH.
Starting with a selection of bite sized antipasti and a glass of their trophy winning 2020 Crescent Moon Méthode Traditionnelle served at your table overlooking the setting sun across their vineyard. To follow is their house made agnolotti with the 2025 Hexham Pinot Grigio. Then a classic duck breast with sour cherries and peppercorns will be served alongside a flight of their Hexham and Equilibrio Reserve Pinot Noir. A cleansing Pinot Noir gelato and chocolate truffle will sweeten the palate. And then to finish a selection of museum wines paired with a creamy, soft Brillat-Savarin and our house made fruit loaf.
All of these wines will be available for purchase on the night, including their pre-release 2024 Equilibrio Reserve.
