This workshop is all about slowing down, leaving your cares behind and being creative for three hours and spending some “you” time with like-minded people learning about creating your own personally meaningful beaded jewellery.
In this workshop, you will learn how to create your own hand fabricated beaded jewellery using beads, chain, jump rings and clasps.
Creating your own personalised necklace is a therapeutic practice, where you match patterns, colours and textures or deliberately mismatch to create individual pieces of hand fabricated jewellery, either as a necklace or bracelet or even earrings.
An large array of materials will be provided and can include: Glass beads, Wooden beads, Polyclay beads, Copper/brass and silver (all nickel free) chain, Jump rings, Clasps and Leather. You can bring some of your own beads and fittings.
At the end of the day enough material to make one necklace or two bracelets and Australian Sterling Silver for one pair earrings hooks will be supplied.
Tools, pliers, glue, chain, glass, poly clay, wood and ceramic beads provided.
