Just like exploring the fish markets of Kerala, South India. Wander up and choose your catch of the day from the fish cart, sourced the same morning from the market. The fish are Australian and wild caught, making it some of the freshest fish in the Yarra Valley.

Once you choose your fish, watch as it hits the live grill station. Pair your fish with a mun-kudam, a house steeped fiery kanthari kallu a bold fermented coconut palm wine.
