Pimpernel Vineyards is a small producer of hand-made premium wine styles in the heart of the Yarra Valley. The winemaking philosophy is simple and quality-driven: using dry-land cultivation techniques to produce intensely flavoured wines which fully express our site and its climate.

The wine room offers personable tastings of a selection of estate-grown wines for small, wine-focussed groups. To ensure your tasting experience, appointments are recommended.
