The design of Carl's Hut discretely blends the old and the new, with heated polished concrete floors, vaulted ceiling, skylights, original timber beams, lime-washed walls, a bedroom with forest views and bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the vines.

Sustainability and historical preservation have been paramount in the design, with the use of local materials including stringy-bark timber and clay as well as organic amenities and linens throughout.

A selection of Solitude Estate wines are available for purchase at Carl's Hut to enable guests to complement the perfect culinary experience.
