Fondata is the contemporary revival of the iconic Weller’s, a place where city style meets country hospitality. The vista from the main dining room is across the stunning rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. The homestead was once a coaching inn and supply store, and was the major stop for 'Cobb and Co' coaches bound for the goldfields of St Andrews (formally known as Queenstown). Now a much-loved destination for our warm hospitality, Italian inspired food, unique landscape and locally sourced wines and craft beers.
