Eleonore's continues the enthusiastic and traditional emphasis on regional produce, matched with local and international wines from our historic bluestone cellar. This magnificent restaurant was named in honour of a most sophisticated hostess, Eleonore de Castella, the mother of Paul de Castella who built Chateau Yering in 1854, and who had instilled in her son, a true appreciation of gracious living, refined cuisine and quality wines.
