Get ready to embrace the magic of winter in the Yarra Valley with Fireside Festival 2026.

Fireside Festival is all about connection, individuality, elemental expression and igniting that spark of discovery and we're bringing it to life – unearthing our regions best with food, wine and winter wonders to enjoy.

This year Jayden Ong Wines has three experiences on offer, available every weekend in June.

The Raclette Experience allows you to grill your own Raclette over an open fire, topping with freshly shaved Yarra Valley truffle and a side of crusty baguette for dipping. Enjoy alongside Jayden Ong single vineyard Chardonnay.

The Fireside Dinner Experience serves up a slow braised Italian classic - Osso Bucco, paired with Yarra Valley Sangiovese. Rich, generous and deeply satisfying.

With the Fireside Dessert Experience, toast house-made rose marshmallows over the open fire, and enjoy with rich warm pistachio brownie, and a glass of Moonlit Forest Prosecco alongside.
