Four Pillars Distillery
Four Pillars Gin is a craft distillery based in Healesville, in the heart of the Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne's city centre. Since their launch in late 2013, Four Pillars has grown to become one of the most awarded gin distilleries in the world.
From gin drinks and gin tastings to a number of small group masterclasses, including a Maker Session where guests can distil their own gin from scratch, Four Pillars offer a range of experiences that showcase their love for craft distilling.
In 2022 Four Pillars expanded their distillery, making space for a stunning crafted copper bar, and gin garden, perfect for enjoying a Gin and Tonic paddle and some gin-inspired snacks.

Distillery Gin and Tonic and Tasting
Join Four Pillars for a Gin and Tonic and Tasting session in their private mezzanine bar overlooking the Four Pillars Distillery every weekend afternoon. Kick off with a Gin and Tonic made with one of Four Pillars' signature gins, then taste five of the core range gins. The team will guide you through the gin making process and the history of Four Pillars Gin. And before you head out, you can grab a cheeky 10% off any 700 millilitre bottle of gin from the Four Pillars Gin Shop. Winning.
Distillery Tour with Gin and Tonic Paddle
From Monday to Friday, you can head to a guided tour of the Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville, Yarra Valley and see everything from the botanicals they use to make the gin to the barrels they use for ageing gin, and all the gin things in between. When the tour is over, you'll be treated to a Gin and Tonic paddle (usually $15) in Beths Bar and after that, you can grab a 700 millilitre bottle of the good stuff in the Gin Shop for 10% off.
