Gin lovers and foodies, the Four Pillars gin dining experience returns in 2026 with a fresh line-up of gins, flavours and a delicious new menu.
The evening begins with canapés and a Four Pillars gin cocktail, before moving into a four-course shared dining experience hosted on communal tables in the Melba Room.
Curated by Head Chef Ben Murphy, the menu is designed to complement and amplify the flavours of Four Pillars' signature gins, with each dish carefully paired to a different gin and some courses even featuring gin as a hero ingredient. Enjoy shared long-table dining, incredible food, world-class gin pairings, and the chance to purchase your favourites at the Four Pillars pop-up shop on the night.
