Kick off the evening with canapés and a Four Pillars Olive Leaf Martini on the deck before settling in for a four-course shared dining feast on communal tables in the Melba Room.
Curated by Head Chef Ben Murphy, the menu is designed to complement and amplify the flavours of Four Pillars' signature gins, with each dish carefully paired to a different gin and some courses even featuring gin as a hero ingredient.
