Filled with industrial charm and embracing its location, the mix of materials – steel, stone and wood - set the foundation for a working winery by day and stylish cellar door and restaurant on the weekends.

On Thursdays, visitors can still come in for wine tastings, snacks and wine sales and a full menu is available Friday to Sunday.
The venue is wheelchair accessible, family and dog friendly, and can also be booked for exclusive events up to 150 people.
Each weekend in the heart of Healesville Winery and Cellar Bar brings the grill and the glass together, and this autumn they are turning up the heat. Jayden Ong Wines will be showcasing an extended selection of pinot noirs by the glass including their latest wines fermented in concrete. The charcoal grill will be fired up and there will be a selection of seasonal, smoky, and savoury dishes to complement your wine choices. Uncork the story every Friday with Jayden Ong Wines Assistant Winemaker Nolan Moon. Step into their cellar and join in the conversation on all things wine with the person who knows these wines best. This isn't your typical tasting; share a laugh, share a story and taste your way through a selection of premium wines across all Jayden Ong ranges. $20 for five wine tastings at the bar. $30 for a six seated wine tastings.
Grilled over charcoal, and served with frisée salad as part of a two or three-course lunch. The Fresh Fish Friday lunch experience can be served in an express fashion for those wanting to visit whilst on their lunch break. Or it can be delivered as part of a leisurely afternoon in the sun. Two-course - $45 and three-course - $55 Enhance the lunch experience with a Winemaker Tasting session, only available on Fridays.
