Lyrebird Cottages, contemporary, architect-designed mud brick and timber cottages with spectacular views over the Yarra Valley.

Two cottages built to the same design and standard on ten acres of gardens and forest. Mountain air and abundant wildlife. Lyrebird Cottages are only ten minutes to the nearest vineyard and 13 minutes to Healesville shops.

The interior is mud brick and fine Australian timber. The contemporary design fills the cottage with natural light to give a feeling of warmth and peace.

The cottages have complete kitchens with separate bedroom and living areas. The bathrooms have a double spa, shower and heated towel rail. Each cottage has a queen size bed, an extra single bed can be provided on request.

There is a cosy wood fire for winter evenings and air-conditioning. Stereo, television, DVDs, CDs and books are provided. There is a large attached deck with barbecue overlooking the garden. Quality linen and towels are provided. Off-street parking is next to the cottages.

Breakfast provisions are supplied for the first day of your stay. Late check out is 12.00 noon.

Smoking is only permitted outside.

Lyrebird Cottages is one hour and fifteen minutes from central Melbourne.
