Nillumbik Estate

Eat & Drink
Located in the picturesque hills of the Nillumbik region of the Yarra Valley, one of the closest wine regions to Melbourne, less than 1 hour from the CBD.

Upon arrival at one of Nillumbik’s most popular cellar doors you will be mesmerized by the breathtaking views across the Kinglake Ranges.

Start your experience with a tasting of some of the region’s finest wines, while your meal is being prepared. Or book a self-guided experience, matching fine chocolate delights or gourmet cheeses to four wines of your choice.

Nillumbik Estate’s range of rustic gourmet pizzas, platters and other delicious fare have been crafted to perfectly match the Estate's wine styles and are made from local produce, some of which is grown in the kitchen garden.

Winemaker John Tregambe’s family have been making wine for generations in Italy and it is their age-old wine making techniques that he employs at Nillumbik Estate. Throughout the year, he readily delights visitors with barrel tastings of new vintages or a tour of the pristine vineyard, which is still pruned lovingly by his parents Domenic and Francesca.

Finish your visit on the large deck at the cellar door with a glass of fine wine in hand, ready to soak up the views of the vineyard and rolling hills to the horizon beyond.
