Taste through a selection of five Pinot Noirs, including current release to rarely seen museum offerings, exploring how the variety transforms in the glass and in the cellar. Along the way, you will explore Pimpernel's evolving approach to Pinot production while also digging into the climate and geography that makes the Yarra Valley one of Australia's most compelling regions for Pinot Noir.
