Punt Road Wines
Experience Punt Road Wines, a family-owned Yarra Valley winery and cellar door in Coldstream, just one hour from Melbourne and set among estate vineyards, apple orchards and sweeping views across the Napoleone family estate.
Located beside Meletos restaurant, The Farmhouse accommodation and Il Massaggio day spa, the cellar door is part of a relaxed destination for wine, cider, food and country hospitality. Visitors can settle in for a guided tasting of estate-grown wines, explore limited-release and museum releases in the barrel hall, or linger over a glass with small plates, cheese and charcuterie from the cellar door kitchen.
Alongside Punt Road's classic cool-climate wines, the cellar door also pours Airlie Bank wines and Napoleone Cider, made from apples and pears grown across the family's Yarra Valley orchards and crafted by the Punt Road winemaking team.
The property has deep roots in the region's wine story. Vines were first planted here in the 1860s, and the Napoleone family has been growing and farming in the Yarra Valley since 1948. Today, Punt Road Wines is a certified member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia, producing wines that reflect the character of its Coldstream vineyard.
On the third Sunday of each month, visitors can also pair their tasting with a wander through the Yarra Valley Farmers Market, held on the nearby Punt Road grounds.
