Medhurst Wines and Khristian Walker present Swine and Vine – a celebration of their Estate Grown Wines paired with the humble pig.
Indulge at Medhurst Wines and experience the classic flavours of Porchetta when paired with their Estate Grown Wines. Cooked low and slow on the spit, over coals, and under the watchful eye of the talented Khristian Walker from Season 16 of MasterChef.
The cellar door will be transformed, where you will see Khristian prepare a long lunch feast served family style across one long table. There will be a selection of entrees and snacks followed by spit-roasted Porchetta, roasted root veggies, Brussels with bacon and a range of other hearty dishes to accompany. Finish with an indulgent Tiramisu, spooned tableside to wrap things up.
There will be a selection of museum wines to enjoy on the day with current vintages available also. Golden hour will be on full display, fire pits will be dotted around the Estate, and live jazz will set the mood.
