The Makers' Circuit
The Makers' Circuit is a luxury progressive dining experience across the Yarra Valley. One day, three estates, and never more than six guests.
Each edition moves through the day in three chapters. An arrival with entrees and a drink pairing, a long and unhurried main lunch, and a closing moment over cheese or something sweet. At every stop the producers and chefs come to the table to talk through what you are eating and drinking, and why it tastes the way it does this month.
Menus are season-led and built around local growers and makers, matched with wine from the estates themselves. Between stops a private driver-guide takes care of the roads, so the day asks nothing of you but to sit down and pay attention to the food.
It runs in small groups, for people who want a considered day in Victoria's wine country. Anniversaries, milestone birthdays, close friends, or a client worth looking after properly.
