Truffle Degustation at Balgownie estate

Celebrate truffle season at its peak with Balgownie's annual Truffle Dinner, a much-loved evening dedicated to one of the world's most prized ingredients. Begin with canapés on arrival before enjoying a five-course menu crafted by Head Chef Ben Murphy, showcasing the rich, earthy flavours of freshly harvested Yarra Valley truffles.

In partnership with Truffle Valley, owners Joan and Dom will join them on the night to share their passion for truffle farming and the journey from paddock to plate. During the evening, guests will have the opportunity to guess the weight of a truffle, with one lucky person taking home a Yarra Valley truffle.
