This gorgeous house has 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. If you have additional people, there are two single day/window beds in the living room. Two bathrooms, a fabulous new kitchen and a dining area. These are open-planned through to the light-filled living room.

Comfortable couches, an open wood fire, window seats to curl up in to read a book and outdoor areas to explore, make this a wonderful home to enjoy with family or friends.

Perhaps getting ready for your wedding, or celebrating a family lunch, you will find Woolrich House the perfect choice with a cooks dream kitchen with a fabulous French stove, dishwasher, and double country kitchen sink. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepans, dishes and glassware for your stay.

In addition to 5 acres of trees and a garden, this property adjoins the renowned Cloudehill Gardens where you are welcome to stroll leisurely, even when the gardens are not open to the public. You may see lyrebirds, deer and wombats - this is a very special retreat from your everyday world.


Important Info on Pricing:
Our rates are based on two people sharing a room.
If you want one person per room, or need an extra room, it's an additional $200 per night.
From $550 per night for 4 people sharing 2 rooms weeknights
From $700 per weekend nights for 4 people sharing 2 rooms
The extra day/window beds in the living room are $50 per person per night
There is also Woolrich Cottage tucked away in the garden if you are a larger group and need to accommodate up to 12 people.

Intimate/boutique wedding preparation is possible, and is also perfect for retreats and special occasions with family and friends, but enquire with our office for full details and rates. Great for Yoga too!
