Dog guests have their own spacious individual run that suits their size and personality, as well as a clean, warm and enclosed sleeping area. They also get lots of cuddles, outdoor playtime and exercise (between three to five hours in one of the 20+ exercise yards) to make their stay truly memorable. They also provide optional daily nature walks, hydro baths, grooming, nail clipping services and most recently, a Pets at Weddings Service.

The cattery is perfectly designed to give feline guests the holiday they deserve. Each cat has a fully air-conditioned and heated multi-level pen with a cosy sleeping box, padded mattress and hand-crocheted rug for extra comfort. Most feline guests spend their time snoozing and stepping out into the central cattery area where they have scratching posts, toys and soothing music. They also have the option to sit out on the fully enclosed sunny verandah.
