AHA's (Australian Hotels Association) Best Parma has been awarded to Clemo's Paradise Valley Hotel. With a combo of the chicken/ ham/ cheese and sauce. The Paradise Valley Hotel is more affectionately known as the Clemo by locals; this pub takes a traditionalist approach to the parma. You'll find Paradise Valley Hotel—and their glorious chicken parmigiana—a little under an hour's drive from town, and you best believe it's worth the trip.
Coldstream Brewery, Coldstream
We have to start with the 2021 crowned 'Best Parma of the Yarra Valley & Dandenong Ranges', Coldstream Brewery! With a generous serving, the portions of cheese, sauce, ham and chicken are all in order and not to mention the triple cooked chips - have we got you drooling yet?
"The Coldstream brewery Parma is in my top 3 of all Parma’s in Melbourne. This is something that comes with a lot of responsibility and should be highly regarded. There has been time where I have dreamt of when I would meet this Parma again. The Parma is nothing short of generous. If you opt for the full, that is exactly how you will be leaving. the Coldstream brewery Parma is the perfect balance of cheese and sauce ratio to chicken. Golden Hills Brewery scored an 11/10 from a devoted fan and we can't argue with that. Paired with an aesthetic venue and delicious beer the parma is obviously getting the treatment fit for a king!
