Fondata is the contemporary revival of the iconic Weller's, a place where city style meets country hospitality. The vista from the main dining room is across the stunning rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. The homestead was once a coaching inn and supply store, and was the major stop for Cobb and Co coaches bound for the goldfields of St Andrews (formally known as Queenstown). Now a much-loved destination for their warm hospitality, Italian inspired food, unique landscape and locally sourced wines and craft beers. Situated at the gateway to the beautiful Yarra Valley, approximately 45 minutes from Melbourne.
