Stag Lane Distillery

Stag Lane Distillery is a boutique craft gin distillery and cafe located on an 88-acre regenerative farm in Yarra Glen. Family owned and operated, the venue embraces a paddock-to-bottle philosophy, utilizing fresh botanicals hand-picked directly from the property.

Perched high on the side of a Yarra Glen hill with 180-degree panoramic views, the distillery and cafe are housed in a stunning timber lined barn. The working farm features 800 citrus trees, a truffiere, juniper and extensive botanical plantings.

Under their Mary Monica label, they distil premium award winning small-batch gins and liqueurs using homegrown ingredients like yuzu, limes, lavender, and lemon myrtle. Tastings are available for small or large groups, in front of the stills viewing windows. Or sip one of the amazing cocktails while drinking in the beautiful views over rolling farmland. Light meals, including pizzas and sausage rolls are served in the cafe. They always endeavours to showcase their homegrown produce in every delicious meal provided.
