Established in 1862 as one of the first wineries in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, we have always embraced a pioneering spirit. St Hubert's has helped position the region as a premium wine producing area and was a champion of the Yarra Valleys wine renaissance in the 1960’s.

The St Hubert's legacy continues to this day in the hands of experienced winemaker Greg Jarratt. Greg has led St Hubert's since 2006, working with the vineyard and winery team to honour the high standards set at St Hubert's since its inception over 150 years ago. For all tourism operators/wine tour operators Yileena Park offer a wine tasting fee of $10 if they book guests to our cellar door.

For all other partners the wine tasting fee is $15

If their customers purchase a minimum of 2 bottles per person the tasting fee gets deducted. And we have a 10% discount on 6 bottles, or 20% on 12 bottles purchased.

In Cellar door we offer a cheese plate $40, dips plate $17, a smoked chicken ham $30, and confit duck leg ham $30 – all served with toasted bread and crackers.

Operating hours - Thursday to Sunday 11am – 5pm

For accommodation partners, we offer a takeaway cheese platter and bottle of wine for $60 wholesale. (Cheese plate retails at $40 and wine retails at $49-55 a bottle)

Cheese plate consists of smoked cheddar, blue cheese, fig jam, olives and biscuits – and wine is flexible for customer preferences. White, red or Rose – excluding our premium 2010 Cabernet Merlot Blend.

Bookings are available during the winter truffle harvest season from Mid-June, July & August, on Saturdays and Sundays at 10am. Group bookings are also available on weekdays during the season.

Visitors are taken into the mysterious, subterranean world of truffles and learn how to spot quality and ripeness. During the hunt visitors smell, touch and can even harvest a truffle with their own hands. After the hunt, they will experience the unforgettable sensory experience with a truffle tasting.
